A wonderful five week Pregnancy Relaxation Programme led by Chéri. (This course is for the pregnant person only)

A weekly catch up followed by some mindful breathing and a wonderful guided relaxation, followed by a discussion about one of the following topics:

Topic 1 - Relaxation in Pregnancy

Topic  2 - Sleep in Pregnancy

Topic  3 - Fear in Pregnancy & Birth

Topic 4 - Preparing for Birth

Topic 5 - Oxytocin for Birth
